Who are Andrew Lester parents?

Andrew Lester is a 84 year old man who has been charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action, prosecutors have disclosed.

Mr Lester, who is white, allegedly shot Ralph Yarl, 16, who is black, once in the head and once in the arm last Thursday night. The homeowner who shot him, Andrew D. Lester, 84, was taken into custody by the police for 24 hours, then released without charges on Friday.

However there was pressure on the police the community and family members marched to and demonstrated in front of the man’s house, calling for charges to be filed. Protesters marched as they chanted, “Justice for Ralph” and “Black lives matter,” and carried signs reading, “Ringing a doorbell is not a crime” and “The shooter should do the time”.

Mr. Thompson, the prosecutor said Mr. Lester had been charged with assault in the first degree, a class-A felony, and could face life in prison if convicted. He also was charged with armed criminal action, which carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.

The parent of the 84 year old home owner is not known yet. However, news coming in say that the Missouri teenager Ralph Yarl who was shot has been released from hospital just days after he was critically injured when he was shot by a Kansas City homeowner, according to reports.

Ralph, 16, was released on Sunday and is recovering at home after being shot twice in the head and chest when he accidentally went to the wrong house to try to pick up his brothers on Thursday, his father Paul Yar.
